Victims to appear in court

Those affected by the armed conflict in Colombia will speak today, for a number of reasons, before the high courts in Colombia's Palace of Justice in Bogotá.

A follow-up to public policy on displacement will be presented there, to the Constitutional Court and the State Council, and proposals as well as displays of support will be presented to the Supreme Court.
