Obama gets a chapter in Colombia

When the former Mayor of the city, Silvio Carrasquilla, "fell in love" with Obama, he decided to give him moral support; he painted the façade of his house, hung signs on the walls, researched Obama's life, is writing a song, and created a discussion group that meets every morning to discuss the United States' presidential race.
