On a national level, 6,9% has been the increase in inflation between January and October.
Onions, eggs and carrots are the products with the largest increase in October; throughout the year, products such as onions, potatoes, rice and vegetables have shown considerable rises.
The inflation limit, which was between 3,5 and 4,5 has already been surpassed with 6,9%. In Medellin, the cost of living rose by 0,48% in October and overall this year has presented an increase of 6,64%.
