The International Criminal Court (ICC) could intervene in Colombia's clashes between the Executive and Judicial powers, but not due to failure during the current Attorney General's administration.
Mario Iguarán assured this and added that his office is currently building a case against retired general Rito Alejo Del Río based on statements given by former paramilitary leaders.
