One minute of silence in Bogotá and Chía preceded the funeral for Luis Santiago, the 11 month old baby kidnapped and murdered by order of his father.
Police captured Jorge Orlando Ovalle, one of the men responsible for the crime, Orlando Pelayo, father of the baby, and his significant other, Martha Lucia Garzón; all appeared in court.
