The order from the Superior Council of Judicature (Consejo Superior de la Judicatura) to investigate all district attorneys in Medellín is not as massive as it seemed at first.
According to the Council's Magistrate, Henry Villarraga, what they are looking for is that anybody who has had a direct relationship with Guillermo León Valencia be investigated, regardless of whether or not there is currently a legal process against them.
