A day after the sessions of the Congress strated, the National Government submitted 22 projects.
According to the President Uribe, these are some reforms that are needed in the country and are focused on consolidating his social and economical policies without leaving behind the democratic security.
One of the initiatives is the one that penalizes the minimum usage of drugs, a project that will go to the parliament for the fourth time.
From the projects submitted yesterday in the Secretary of the Congress, 10 are responsibility of the Ministry of Interior and Justice, among them the reforms of the judicial and politic system, and 3 are responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce.
